CPSA Shotgun Skills Course

Nestled in a welcoming environment, this gun club offers a fantastic Shooting Lodge clubhouse and a fully stocked gun shop, creating the perfect backdrop for your shooting journey. You’ll engage in focused, intensive training under the watchful eyes of our qualified coaches, who are dedicated to helping you refine your technique.

Whether you’re a complete novice or have some experience, our tailored sessions will guide you through all levels of instruction, ensuring you leave feeling more confident and skilled. What's Included

• A certified CPSA shotgun skills course lasting three hours
• Welcome and safety briefing from a CPSA Academy Coach
• Learn the workings of a shotgun and how to handle it and hit moving targets
• Plenty of shooting practice with up to 50 clay targets
• A recognised CPSA qualification on successful completion of the course
• You will be presented with certificate and badge
• Ear defenders/safety equipment included
• You may be in a group of up to six people
• This course is part classroom, part practical

When Is It Available

• Wednesdays and selected Saturdays throughout the year
• Bookings for three or more people may be arranged on alternative days to suitt

Suitable For

• Minimum age 10
• Under 18's must have an adult in attendance
• No pets are permitted on site

Spectators

• Spectators are welcome to come to the lodge, however viewing of the course may be limited

Anything Else

• No alcohol is allowed prior to shooting
• Please wear comfortable clothing, ideally with some shoulder padding
• Sensible footwear is recommended
• The lodge has a comfortable indoor area providing hot and cold food, a bar, outdoor patio, toilets and a well stocked gun shop
