When Is It Available

• Available daily throughout the year except Christmas Day subject to availability 
• Boats depart each pier approximately every 20-40 minutes depending on the season
• Departure times vary slightly depending on the season and which pier you leave from
• The earliest departure time available is 10:00 and the latest is 18:00
• Note that your 24-hrs starts from when you board your first boat and continues to the same time the next day
• Free second day special offer voucher is only valid on trips taken between 26th November - 31st March 2025

• All under 16's must be accompanied by an adult
• Most boats have wheelchair access (please check with staff at the pier or reservations team prior to departure) 
• Adult Tickets 16+ years
• Child Tickets 5-15 years
• Infants age 0-4 years free 

Spectators

• This experience is not suitable for spectators

• All boats have a toilet on board and disabled toilet facilities 
• Onboard concessions available including fully stocked bar (at an additional charge)
• Listen to Audio Guide Tours in one of 13 languages (English, Arabic, Chinese, French, German, Hindi, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Russian, Vietnamese and Spanish) via the app
• PLEASE NOTE: With the 24h hop-on hop-off ticket you can take your first trip at any time during the day and take as many trips as you like until the boats stop operating in the evening. When the boats resume operations on the next day you will then have until the same time to continue using the ticket
