When you arrive at Sandhill Airfield, you'll be greeted by our friendly and professional instructors. Your motor gliding adventure includes either a 30 or 60-minute flight, so you can choose how long you want to soak in the spectacular views. As the engines roar to life, you'll ascend into the sky, feeling the rush of excitement wash over you. Keep an eye out for the scenic beauty below,you'll glide over lush landscapes and picturesque views that are truly unforgettable.

Once you're airborne, get ready for an exhilarating ride! You’ll have the chance to take control and maneuver the glider under the watchful eyes of our instructors. What's Included

• Fly in a Grob 109B motor glider 
• All flights begin with a safety briefing and pre flight checks
• Tuition from a BGA qualified instructor
• 30 and 60 minute flight durations are available
• During the flight the pilot will demonstrate the controls before you have a go at flying the glider yourself
• Enjoy spectacular views of the Uffington White Horse on the Berkshire Downs and Cotswold villages such as Lechdale

When Is It Available

• Weekends and public holiday throughout the year from 10:00 until 17:00
• All flights are subject to availability and weather conditions

Suitable For

• Minimum age 14
• Under 16's must be accompanied by an adult
• There is a maximum weight limit of 16st
• Maximum height limit of 6'3''
• Warm outdoor clothing is recommended
• You must be able to meet the same medical requirements for driving a car

• Spectators are welcome to come and watch
