Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned cook, these online classes offer a fun way to enhance your culinary repertoire. What's Included

• An online cookery class to explore Asian and Oriental cuisine
• Choose from four cuisines: Vietnamese, Thai, Japanese or Chinese
• Enjoy improving your culinary skills from home
• Your chef will demonstrate how to cook two dishes 
• Learn about knife skills, seasoning, sauces, ingredients, marinating and grilling, curry pastes and wok cooking (depending on the class you choose)
• Opportunity to ask questions
• Once you have booked your class you will be emailed a Zoom link two days before your class
• A week before your class you'll receive a recipe list by email so that you can get the ingredients in time for your class
• Please allow 2 hours for the cookery class

Cookery Classes:

• Vietnamese: Bahn Mi (Vietnamese style meat pattie baguette) and Chicken Pho
• Thai: Som Tam Salad, Thai Green Curry and Steamed Rice
• Japanese: Gyozas and Teriyaki Noodles
• Chinese: Sweet & Sour Chicken and Hong Kong Noodles

When Is It Available

• Selected Fridays throughout the year, subject to availability
• Classes run from 18:00-20:00
