What's Included

• 60 minute wild sauna and cold plunge experience
• The sauna is set to 87 degrees - add water to the rocks with a ladle for extra heat
• Use the shower, buckets and cold plunge to cool down
• Connect to the Bluetooth speakers to play tunes
• Choice of a private session for up to two, four or eight people

When Is It Available

• Open weekdays and weekends throughout the year
• Monday to Friday - 8:00 - 19:00
• Saturday and Sunday - 9:00 - 17:00

Suitable For

• If you have any underlying health issues or are pregnant, please seek medical advice before booking

Anything Else

• Participants should bring swimwear, two towels (one to sit on and one to dry yourself) and a bottle of water
• There is a small communal changing space at the entrance of the sauna
• Your 60 minute session includes time for changing
• The closest toilets are a 1 minute walk away
