What's Included

• Enjoy a flight in a 1930's Tiger Moth with a fully trained pilot
• A pre-flight briefing and introduction to the aircraft
• 15, 30, 45 and 60 minute flight durations are available
• Chance to take the controls and fly the aircraft

When Is It Available

• Flights are available on selected regular weekdays and weekends from mid March through to the end of the year
• The ideal time for open cockpit flying is March - November, flights are usually limited outside this period

Suitable For

• Minimum age 16
• Under 18s must be accompanied on the airfield by an adult
• Maximum weight 17 stone (108kg)
• Warm clothing should be worn due to open cockpit of the aircraft
• All participants must be able to walk 50 meters unaided and be able to safely board and egress the aircraft themselves
• All participants must declare themselves medically fit to fly with the consent form
• You should consult your GP if you have any concerns about flying in an open cockpit aircraft

Spectators

• Spectators are welcome to come along and watch the take off and landing

Anything Else

• Quoted flight durations include taxi time
• The specific Tiger Moth aircraft used for flights may vary
• Refreshments can be purchased from the onsite cafe
