Bodyboard Lessons in Newquay

Embark on an exciting adventure as you familiarize yourself with bodyboarding, Newquay style! Our 3-hour taster lessons are designed to swiftly get you into the water, where you’ll soon be catching those brilliant waves.

No matter your skill level, our friendly instructors are dedicated to making this experience enjoyable and rewarding. For first-timers, you’ll be guided through the basics, allowing you to build confidence as you learn to navigate the surf. If you already have some experience, we'll help you progress with tailored advice and tips to enhance your technique.

Picture yourself gliding through the waves, surrounded by the stunning scenery of Cornwall's coastline. Not only will you improve your bodyboarding skills, but you’ll also create wonderful memories on the beach with like-minded enthusiasts!

What's Included

• A bodyboarding taster lesson
• Lessons are run by a trained instructor
• Welcome, introduction and safety briefing
• Wetsuits, surf boards and equipment are provided on arrival
• Introduction to board handling, prone riding, terminology and equipment features

• You may form part of a group of up to 16 people on the day

When Is It Available

• Weekdays and weekends throughout the year, subject to availability
• Session times are 9am, 11am or 1pm
• Experiences run in all weather conditions unless dangerous

Suitable For

• Minimum age 8
• Under 16s must be accompanied by a participating adult
• Suitable for beginners or those looking to improve their skills

Spectators

• Spectators are welcome to watch the experience from an onsite viewing point

Anything Else

• Please bring swimwear for underneath your wet suit and a change of clothes for after your lesson
