During your visit, you'll have the chance to meet a variety of incredible birds, including owls, hawks, and falcons. You'll learn from our expert instructors who are passionate about these magnificent creatures. Whether you choose a half-day or full-day session, or opt for an enchanting owl encounter, each experience is designed to provide you with a deeper understanding of falconry and the vital conservation efforts surrounding these beautiful birds. What's Included

Owl Encounter

• Spend two hours owl handling session flying owls from around the world
• Tea and coffee is provided

Falconry Experiences

• Half day experience runs from 12:00 until approximately 16:00
• Full days run from 10:00 until 16:00
• Learn how to pick up, handle and weigh various birds
• Learn about the equipment and tying the falconers knot
• Fly a hawk in the countryside
• Maximum instructor/participant ratio will be 2:1
• Tea and coffee is provided
• Please note that lunch is not included in this experience
• You are welcome to take your own packed lunch

When Is It Available

• Experiences run throughout the year
• All sessions are subject to weather conditions

Suitable For

• There is no minimum age for these falconry experiences
• Young participants must be able to take instruction
• Under 16's must be accompanied by a participating adult
