Tank Driving Adventure in Hampshire

Get ready for an adrenaline-pumping experience as you take the wheel of some truly remarkable military machinery! Your half-day tank driving adventure will take place on a spacious private estate, where you'll have the opportunity to operate legendary tanks and vehicles, including Chieftain tanks, self-propelled guns, and the rugged FV432.

As you navigate the versatile course, you’ll be guided by expert instructors who will share their knowledge and ensure your safety. Expect a hands-on, immersive experience filled with the roar of engines, the smell of diesel, and the thrill of mastering the controls of these powerful vehicles.

Throughout your time at this premier tank driving center, relish the chance to test your skills alongside fellow enthusiasts in an environment perfect for adventure. Each moment is designed to provide you with not just a drive, but a chance to create stories you'll cherish for years to come.

What's Included

• Experience driving a range of tanks and ex-military vehicles
• Welcome, introduction and safety briefing
• Drive four vehicles on a purpose built track for one circuit in each
• Each circuit takes between 5-10 minutes to drive depending on the participant
• Drivers will be divided into small groups to rotate around the activities
• Tuition and guidance from experienced instructors
• Opportunity to ride as a passenger on the specially built viewing platforms on the tanks

When Is It Available

• Sessions run on Saturdays from March through to September and selected Sundays in October
• Morning (09:00-12:30) and afternoon sessions (13:00-16:30) are usually available
• All dates are subject to availability

Suitable For

• Minimum age 16
• Minimum height is 5ft
• Participants who are taller than 6ft and/or with a chest size larger than 52" may have difficulty being accommodated in the vehicle
• o previous tank driving is required

Spectators

• Spectators aged 10+ are welcome for a fee of £15 per person, payable on the day (under 10's enter free)
• The fee includes a passenger ride on or in a tank and complimentary tea and coffee

Anything Else

• The ratio of drivers to instructors will generally be 5:1
• Warm, comfortable clothing and sturdy footwear should be worn
