Suitable For

• Minimum age is 14
• Under 18s must be accompanied on the airfield by an adult
• Maximum height is 6ft 4 ins
• R22: Maximum weight 16 stone
• R44: Maximum weight 18 stone

Spectators

• Participants of the four seater R44 lesson can bring one interested observer to accompany them for their flight
• Spectators are welcome to come and watch the action from the clubhouse or lawn which provide great views across the airfield

Anything Else

• The airport has a restaurant serving hot and cold food and beverages
• There is an aviation museum at the airfield
• Flights can be counted towards the 45 hours required to obtain a licence to fly a helicopter
• You should call the club before travelling to check that weather conditions are suitable
