What's Included

• A 30 or 60 minute trial flying lesson in either a 2 seater Robinson R22 helicopter or a 4 seater Robinson R44 helicopter
• 10-15 minute pre-flight and safety briefing
• Learn how helicopters work, the controls and your flight path
• Opportunity to take the controls during your flight
• Attempt to complete the hover challenge!
• Generally flights take you towards Harrogate and the Yorkshire Dales
• Personalised flight certificate

When Is It Available

• Experiences run between Thursday to Saturday
• Flights are subject to availability and weather conditions

Suitable For

• Minmum age 14
• Under 18s must be accompanied on the airfield by an adult
• Weight restrictions: 2 seater-maximum 17 stone or 4 seater-maximum 21 stone

Spectators

• Spectators are welcome to come along and watch your take off and landing
• Participants of the 4 seater lessons may bring one interested observer to fly in the helicopter, at the discretion of the pilot and subject to weight restrictions
