Brighton Sea Paddleboarding Adventure

Prepare for an exciting sea paddleboarding experience that begins at Brighton Marina. This guided adventure welcomes you to the picturesque waters as you glide toward Rottingdean. Don’t worry if you have never tried paddleboarding before, as our friendly and knowledgeable guides will equip you with all the necessary techniques to ensure your safety and enjoyment.

As you navigate the serene coastline, take in the beautiful views and vibrant marine life. You’ll have all the paddleboarding gear you need included, ensuring a hassle-free day out. Rest assured, we keep our group sizes to a maximum of eight participants to create an intimate and supportive atmosphere for learning and exploration.

Your unforgettable day on the water is not just about paddleboarding; it’s about creating lasting memories, building your skills, and having a fantastic time in the great outdoors!

What's Included

• Paddleboarding session exploring Brighton seafront with the white cliffs as a backdrop
• All equipment and safety equipment is provided including paddleboard, paddle and buoyancy aid
• Safety briefing and instruction on how to use the equipment
• Learn basic techniques to keep control of your SUP to keep you in a straight line
• Paddle East towards Ovingdean and Rottingdean under the chalk cliffs before heading back to Brighton Marina
• All sessions are led by qualified instructors
• Sessions last approximately 2 hours
• You will form part of a small group of between 4-8 participants for this experience

Suitable For

• Suitable for both beginners and regular paddlers
• Minimum age 18
• Maximum weight 16 stone (100kg)
• There are no requirements for this experience but being able to swim 50m and having a reasonable level of fitness is preferable

Spectators

• If spectators are wanting to watch they are able to from afar by walking along the under-cliff walk or sitting on the beach

Anything Else

• Please Note: If the sea conditions on the day are too rough, you will use the sheltered water part of Brighton Marina
• Suitable clothing for the time of year should be worn
• A change of clothing and appropriate footwear is also required
