You'll engage in hands-on activities, learning how to make your very own salami under the expert guidance of seasoned artisans. Once you've crafted your exquisite salami, it’s time to transition to the green! After all that fun in the kitchen, head over to Huntswood Golf Course, where you can enjoy a scenic round of golf. With a picturesque setting that will captivate you from the first swing, this course offers an exhilarating challenge whether you're a novice or a seasoned golfer. Expect a day filled with laughter, learning, and a little friendly competition!

What's Included

• A charcuterie making course followed by a game of golf
• Choose the type of charcuterie you wish to make
• Create delicious products to take home with you (some meats may need longer to cure and will be posted to you when they are ready)
• Refreshments included
• After your charcuterie course you'll get to enjoy a charcuterie tasting lunch
• Choose from either 9 or 18 holes of golf and enjoy your game at the local Huntswood Golf Club
• Please allow 4 hours for the charcuterie course
• Your game of golf can be completed at your leisure

Charcuterie Courses:

• Duck: From butchery to curing and cooking, you'll learn different charcuterie techniques which use every part of the duck
• Salami & Chorizo: Learn how to butcher your meat, blend your own salami and chorizo, cure and ferment and create your own sausage
• Bacon: Work with butchered cuts of heritage breed meat ranging and learn about salami and bacon production
