Chocolate Delight Cooking Class

Get ready for a chocolate adventure like no other! At our Smart School cooking classes in Essex, London, and Buckinghamshire, you will dive into the delicious world of chocolate crafting. Throughout this engaging class, you’ll unlock the secrets of making tantalizing truffles, creamy fondants, luscious cheesecakes, and light soufflés.

The session is designed for all skill levels, so whether you're a novice or a seasoned chef, you'll find joy in each step of the process. Our expert instructors will guide you through hands-on demonstrations, sharing tips and tricks that will elevate your chocolate-making skills.

As you mix, melt, and mold, you'll not only learn techniques but also the best practices to create mouthwatering desserts that will impress your friends and family. By the end of the class, you’ll have a selection of your own homemade treats to take home, along with a newfound confidence in the kitchen.

What's Included

• A two hour Chocolate Delights class
• Learn from specialist chefs including former Masterchef contestant Ann Hood
• Create a selection of chocolatey goods, please see 'Menu' section
• Recipes will be sent by email to you after the class
• You will be in a group of up to 16 people

When Is It Available

• Classes are available on selected weekday and weekend dates throughout the year, subject to availability

• There is a minimum age of 18 required to attend this class
• Any allergies must be discussed with venue when booking
• A nut free environment cannot be guaranteed

• Spectators are not permitted

• Refreshments are available to purchase on site
• Some menu variations can happen if produce is not available on the day
• There is a dietary requirements box on the booking form when booking your date for those requesting vegetarian, gluten free etc-chef will provide a suitable replacement
• This is an educational lesson and as the clients prepare and cook, taster portions are served for you to practice at home
