What's Included

• Learn how to make charcuterie meat 
• Three course options to choose from: Duck, Bacon or Chorizo & Salami
• Welcome and introduction
• Learn and use different curing techniques
• Prepare your meat and cure various parts of it
• Cold smoke some of your produce
• All equipment and ingredients will be provided
• After your course enjoy a lunch with some of the produce you have created
• You may form part of a group of up to 6 people
• Please allow 4 hours for this experience
